At RJS, we take pride in being a true family-run business. Rich’s brother, Pete, brings many years of valuable experience to the company and leads our dedicated residential team. He oversees every aspect of our domestic projects—from the initial design right through to the finished installation of driveways, patios, and a wide range of hard landscaping solutions. Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship are at the heart of everything we do.

On the commercial side, Rich personally heads up the team, managing large-scale business projects including roadways, new housing developments, and other complex groundwork. RJS also specialises in precision paving for tabletops, roundabouts, and integrated drainage systems, offering complete solutions that are both practical and durable.

We currently employ 14 full-time staff members, all of whom hold valid CSCS cards. The majority of our team are qualified to NVQ Level 2 and possess CPCS cards, ensuring safe and professional standards across all our services. We are also committed to continuous improvement through ongoing training programmes, which helps us remain at the forefront of innovation within the construction industry.
